Project Manager 


  • Responsible for leadership and coordination with project team members and consultants from project inception through completion.

  • Assist with directing and managing the project team, mentoring staff, and representing the firm to the client.

  • Deliver design-sensitive projects on schedule and within budget while making authoritative decisions and recommendations for significant impacts related to the project.

  • Resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative, technical and constructible solutions.

  • Direct production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks.

  • Responsible for oversight and delivery of documents with design intent and high technical quality.

  • Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFI’s.

  • Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project.

  • Participate in client presentations and/or meetings.

  • Responsible for the technical planning and execution of the project documents.



  • Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited school.

  • 5-10 years of professional experience with the ability to produce high quality drawings for all design phases with thorough detailing and notation skills.

  • Registered Architect and LEED AP preferred.

  • Strong conceptual design skills and visualization, backed by technical knowledge of architectural principles and practices.

  • Ability to detail design in collaboration with the design lead and team.

  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures.

  • Strong, clear communication skills.

  • Ability to work in an open studio environment.

  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.

  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects.

  • Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

  • Ability to take initiative in response to direction from team leadership.

  • A flexible and open attitude towards different working methods.

  • Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required.
